HAYNESVILLE/PERRYVILLE EXPANSION PROJECT 
 
The Haynesville/Perryville Expansion Project was proposed by Gulf South Pipeline Company, LP ("Gulf South") and certificated by FERC in Docket No. CP09-420-000 to increase the market’s access to production from the prolific Haynesville Shale.  Gulf South will construct, own, and operate three new compressor units at two existing Gulf South compressor stations to support the increased production demands associated with the development at the Haynesville Shale.  Gulf South will add two new compressor units at its Hall Summit Compressor Station (located in Bienville Parish, Louisiana), and will add one new compressor unit at its Tallulah Compressor Station (located in Madison Parish, Louisiana).  Construction activities commenced on April 6, 2010, and we expect the additional compression to be in service in the last quarter of 2010.
