FAYETTEVILLE SHALE COMPRESSION PROJECT

The Fayetteville Shale Compression Project has been certificated by FERC to support the Fayetteville and Greenville Laterals Project.  Texas Gas was authorized to construct, own and operate two new compressor stations in order to meet increased production demands from the Fayetteville Shale.  The Bald Knob Compressor Station will be located on the Fayetteville Lateral in White County, Arkansas.  The Isola Compressor Station will be located on the Greenville Lateral in Humphreys County, Mississippi.  In addition, modifications will be made at Texas Gas' existing Greenville Compressor Station in order to meet these increased demands.  Construction of the stations has commenced and we expect the compression to be in service first half of 2010.
