Pipeline Safety 

Boardwalk Pipeline Partners and its predecessors have been delivering natural gas to customers since the 1930's.  Our pipelines carry natural gas used to heat homes and fuel appliances throughout the Southern United States.

Natural gas pipeline systems are designed and constructed in accordance with strict pipeline safety standards established by industry experts and the Department of Transportation (DOT). 

Boardwalk is committed to operating its pipelines safely.  Safety was built into every step of the process from facility design to construction to final operation.  Underground natural gas pipelines are the safest mode of energy transportation - safer than highway, railroad, airborne or waterborne transport.
